Weight Loss

This program will incorporate full body circuit training, which will consist of cardio, high intensity workouts and minor weight lifting specified for the client's current fitness level aimed at reducing body fat.

NUTRITION

Meal plans will be fashioned for clients to their specific needs whether it be weight loss or building muscle and power.

SCULPTING

Sculpting, also referred to as toning is the process of adding and shaping lean muscle through light to moderately heavy weights with a relatively high rep range.

The opposite of sculpting, this will focus primarily on increasing power and muscle mass throughout the entire body with heavier loads and less reps.

group training!

Ron's group training sessions are a combination of HIIT, core, abs and cardio workouts aimed at burning fat and toning. 

Group sessions will be held on Saturdays and Sundays in Brooklyn & Manhattan!
